Description

As a Pipe Fitter (or Fitter) you are involved in the assembly, installation and repair of various types of pipes, pipelines, piping systems and comparable pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. This may include, for example, oil or gas pipes, pipes for chemical substances, heating and cooling systems or sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling pipework
  • Assembly and disassembly of pipework
  • Working safely, including the safety of another person
  • Processing materials: cutting, grinding, sawing, bending and mounting

What is expected of you?

  • VMBO + / MBO metal technique or training pipe fitter
  • Read ISO drawings
  • Demonstrable (relevant) work experience
