WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Prepare surfaces for painting while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Implement specialized cleaning, sanding, and primer application techniques;

Operate and maintain spray equipment to apply coatings on various surfaces. Ensure an even and smooth application of paint, varnish, or other coatings;

Mix and match paint colors to meet specified color requirements. Verify color accuracy before and during the spraying process;

Adhere to TSA-approved safety protocols and guidelines during all painting activities;

Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
-
Proven experience as a Sprayer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. TSA Certification for Spraying or relevant certifications;

Knowledge of different types of coatings, paints, and application techniques. Ability to interpret and follow specifications and blueprints;

Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes;

Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in painting.
