WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We provide transport to your workplace or a company car;
Possibility to work overtime on long-term projects;
You will receive your salary weekly, every Friday;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers. Mask and cover areas not to be painted to protect them from overspray;
Operate and maintain spray equipment to apply coatings on various surfaces. Ensure an even and smooth application of paint, varnish, or other coatings;
Mix and match paint colors to meet specified color requirements. Verify color accuracy before and during the spraying process;
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all painting activities. Dispose of paint and waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations;
Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience as a Sprayer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting;
Knowledge of different types of coatings, paints, and application techniques. Ability to interpret and follow specifications and blueprints;
Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes;
Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in painting.
