WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Supervise a team of scaffolding workers and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently;
Plan and organize scaffolding work on job sites;
Ensure scaffolding is installed according to safety standards and project specifications;
Inspect scaffolding systems regularly to ensure they are safe and stable;
Train and guide team members in proper scaffolding techniques and safety practices;
Report progress, issues, and any safety concerns to the project manager;
Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company policies.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 3 years of experience in scaffolding, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role;
Strong knowledge of scaffolding methods, tools, and safety regulations\;
Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Ability to monitor the work and maintain high standards of safety;
Ability to work in different environments and manage physical tasks;
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
