Lead and supervise scaffolding crews in the planning, layout, assembly, and erection of scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards;
Ensure that scaffolding structures are erected safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;
Conduct inspections of scaffolding structures to identify defects, damage, or safety hazards, and take corrective action as needed;
Train and mentor junior scaffolders and provide guidance on proper scaffolding techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures;
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute scaffolding projects effectively and on schedule;
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including conducting safety meetings, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventories;
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Valid scaffolding certification or relevant trade certification;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a scaffolder, with at least [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role;
