WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Supervise and manage a team of scaffolding workers on the job site;
Ensure all scaffolding is installed safely and according to the project specifications;
Organize and assign tasks to the team to meet project deadlines;
Check scaffolding regularly to ensure it is safe and stable;
Train team members in proper scaffolding techniques and safety practices;
Report the progress of the work, any issues, and safety concerns to the project manager;
Ensure all work follows safety rules and company policies.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

A minimum of 3 years of experience in scaffolding, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to read, understand, and follow project plans and instructions accurately.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of ensuring high safety standards are met while overseeing the team's performance.
