Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or patching holes and cracks. Ensure that surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application;

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces according to the specifications of the project. Utilize the appropriate tools and equipment to achieve a professional finish;

Mix and match colors to ensure consistency and accuracy in the final product. Follow color charts and customer preferences to achieve desired results;

Conduct inspections of Installation work to guarantee compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements;

Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements.

Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting, Solid knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools;

Ability to accurately mix and match colors and strong attention to detail and quality;

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Effective communication and collaboration skills;

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines;

Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
