We are looking for a dedicated Jobcoach to join our Insulation team. As a Jobcoach you'll be a key support for our employees. Your work will involve both office tasks and field activities, helping arrange essential resources, addressing concerns, and assisting with various administrative needs.

• Deliver Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work clothes to employees;
• Organize transport for employees from/to the airport from/to their accommodations;
• Be the main contact for employees, answering questions and resolving issues quickly;
• Report employee issues to management for fast resolution;
• Assist employees with administrative tasks and paperwork;
• Deliver company cars to employees as needed.

• Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken);
• Valid driver’s license;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Experience in a similar role or background in painting is a plus;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
