WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;

Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Measure and cut insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, to fit specific dimensions and areas as specified in construction plans and blueprints;
Apply insulation materials to walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, ducts, and other surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment;
Install vapor barriers, insulation supports, and other accessories to enhance the effectiveness and durability of insulation systems;
Seal joints, seams, and penetrations with appropriate sealants and adhesives to prevent air leakage and moisture intrusion;
Coordinate with other tradespeople and subcontractors to integrate insulation work with other construction activities, such as framing, drywall installation, and HVAC installation;
Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols;
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and disposal of materials, tools, and equipment;
Assist in the cleanup and removal of debris and waste materials from job sites as needed;
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in insulation installation techniques and materials.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience in insulation installation or a related field preferred;
Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques used in construction projects;
Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and blueprints;
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work;
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces;
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors;
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
