WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Opportunity for a permanent contract; 
  • Weekly payment on Friday; 
  • Accommodation with a single room; 
  • Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime; 
  • Assistance with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI); 
  • All the special tools and orange gear you need; 
  • Transport to work or a company car. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Measure and cut insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, to fit specific dimensions and areas as specified in construction plans and blueprints;

  • Apply insulation materials to walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, ducts, and other surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment;

  • Install vapor barriers, insulation supports, and other accessories to enhance the effectiveness and durability of insulation systems;

  • Seal joints, seams, and penetrations with appropriate sealants and adhesives to prevent air leakage and moisture intrusion;

  • Coordinate with other tradespeople and subcontractors to integrate insulation work with other construction activities, such as framing, drywall installation, and HVAC installation;

  • Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols;

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and disposal of materials, tools, and equipment;

  • Assist in the cleanup and removal of debris and waste materials from job sites as needed;

  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in insulation installation techniques and materials.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Previous experience in insulation installation or a related field preferred;

  • Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques used in construction projects;

  • Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and blueprints;

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work;

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces;

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors;

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
