WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Oversee and manage a team of insulation installers working on industrial projects.
Ensure all insulation installations are performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Organize and assign daily tasks to the team to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials to various industrial equipment, such as pipes, tanks, and boilers.
Track the progress of projects and offer guidance and support to team members as needed.
Inspect completed insulation work to confirm it meets the project’s specifications and standards.
Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members, emphasizing the importance of safety and quality in their tasks.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial insulation, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and practices within industrial settings.
Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in diverse positions.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage and inspire the team.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Able to follow instructions and perform well in high-pressure situations.
