Project supervision

Lead and supervise insulation crews in the execution of insulation projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Team management

Train, mentor, and provide guidance to insulation team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Safety compliance

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards to the workshop supervisor.

Quality assurance

Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-conscious culture among the team. Maintain effective communication with project managers and clients, Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as an Insulation Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the insulation industry. In-depth knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and installation processes.

Leadership skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve project goals.

Communication

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients and team members.

Problem solving

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during projects.
