WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;
Transport to work or own company car;
Accommodation with single room;
All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);
Long running projects with possible to work overtime.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Supervise and lead a team of insulation installers on industrial sites.
Ensure all insulation work is completed according to safety standards and quality guidelines.
Plan and organize the daily tasks of the team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials to pipes, tanks, boilers, and other industrial equipment.
Monitor the progress of projects and provide support to team members.
Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet project specifications.
Train and mentor junior team members, promoting safety and quality in their work.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience in industrial insulation work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of safety practices in industrial environments.
Proficient in using both hand and power tools safely.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
