WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We provide transport to your workplace or a company car;
Possibility to work overtime on long-term projects;
You will receive your salary weekly, every Friday;
There is a possibility for a permanent contract;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and supervise a team of insulation installers on industrial sites, ensuring smooth operations.
Make sure all insulation work is carried out in line with safety protocols and meets the required quality standards.
Plan and coordinate daily team activities to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
Measure, cut, and install insulation on industrial systems, including pipes, boilers, and tanks.
Monitor project progress and offer support to team members to help resolve any challenges.
Review completed insulation installations to verify they meet all project specifications.
Mentor and train junior installers, fostering a strong focus on safety and delivering quality work.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience in industrial insulation work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of safety practices in industrial environments.
Proficient in using both hand and power tools safely.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
