WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Oversee and manage a team of insulation installers working on industrial projects.
Ensure all insulation installations are performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Organize and assign daily tasks to the team to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials to various industrial equipment, such as pipes, tanks, and boilers.
Track the progress of projects and offer guidance and support to team members as needed.
Inspect completed insulation work to confirm it meets the project’s specifications and standards.
Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members, emphasizing the importance of safety and quality in their tasks.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 2 years of experience in industrial insulation, including a supervisory position.
Solid understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments.
Skilled in safely using both hand tools and power tools.
Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working in various positions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Capable of following instructions and working efficiently under pressure.
