WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • We provide transport to your workplace or a company car;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Lead and supervise a team of insulation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that work is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently;

  2. Plan and coordinate insulation projects, including scheduling of work activities, allocation of resources, and procurement of materials and equipment;

  3. Interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine insulation requirements and project scope;

  4. Select appropriate insulation materials and techniques based on project specifications, environmental factors, and energy efficiency goals;

  5. Oversee the installation of insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, ensuring proper placement, coverage, and sealing;

  6. Coordinate with other tradespeople and subcontractors to integrate insulation work with other construction activities, such as framing, drywall installation, and HVAC installation;

  7. Conduct quality inspections of completed insulation work to verify compliance with project requirements and industry standards;

  8. Monitor job site safety and enforce safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols;

  9. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of materials used, labor hours, and project progress.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insulation installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role;

  • Thorough knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building codes/regulations;

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals;

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders;

  • Proficiency in reading construction plans, specifications, and blueprints;

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
