In ORANJEGROEP's Infrastructure Department, we deliver essential groundwork and support for construction and industrial projects. Our team handles everything from groundwork to complex installations, ensuring each project runs smoothly and meets high standards. WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Weekly payment;

  • Pension plan;

  • Accommodation if needed;

  • We provide Tools and Orange PPE;

  • ZZP or flex contract;

  • Help with necessary certificates (BSN, VCA).

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Dig and level the ground for construction projects.

  • Use hand tools and machinery to move earth and materials.

  • Help set up foundations and other groundwork for buildings and roads.

  • Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.

  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

  • Report any issues or problems to your supervisor. 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • 0-2 years of experience as a Groundworker or in a similar construction job. 

  • Experience with hand tools like shovel. 

  • Physically fit and able to do heavy work.

  • Able to follow instructions and safety rules.

  • Willing to work in a team and learn new skills.

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • A valid driver’s license and communicative English is mandatory.
