In ORANJEGROEP's Infrastructure Department, we deliver essential groundwork and support for construction and industrial projects. Our team handles everything from groundwork to complex installations, ensuring each project runs smoothly and meets high standards. Joining us means being part of a dependable team committed to quality and efficiency in every task.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

We provide transport to your workplace or a company car;
Possibility to work overtime on long-term projects;
You will receive your salary weekly, every Friday;
There is a possibility for a permanent contract;
You will have accommodation with a private room;
All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help to get important certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI).

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Dig and level the ground for construction projects.
Use tools and machinery to move earth and materials.
Help set up foundations and other groundwork for buildings and roads.
Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Report any issues or problems to your supervisor.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Groundworker or in a related construction role.
Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery.
Physically strong and able to handle hard manual labor.
Able to follow directions and safety guidelines.
Team player who’s open to learning new skills.
Has a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
A driver’s license is preferred.
