WHAT WILL YOU DO

Dig and level the ground to prepare for construction.
Operate tools and machinery to move earth and other materials.
Help set up foundations and groundwork for buildings and roads.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
Work closely with a team to complete projects on time.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Report any problems or issues to your supervisor.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 2 years of experience as a Groundworker or in a similar construction role;
Experience using hand tools and basic machinery;
Physically fit and able to do hard manual work;
Ability to follow instructions and safety rules;
Willingness to work as part of a team and learn new skills;
A positive attitude and strong work ethic;
A valid driver’s license is a plus.
