As Graphic Designer, you will be jointly responsible for developing and maintaining the quality of our online visibility. This involves working with the marketeer, marketing interns and marketing manager to create new and engaging content for our social media, website and newsletters. Thanks to you, our online exposure and brand will improve, which will lead to more engagement and applicants. 

Your role includes:

• Content creation: Through photography, video, sound and image editing. You will create all visuals for our social media channels, websites, newsletters and other platforms, using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator.
• Content calendar: Plan, execute and maintain content strategies and manage the content calendar;
• Events: Together with the marketing team, help organize and brand company events, such as the yearly herring party and Christmas party. 
• Evaluation: Analyze all our content and advertising campaigns and evaluate ways to improve when necessary.
