WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;
Transport to work or own company car;

All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);
Long running projects with possible to work overtime.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage a group of painters on-site, making sure the work is completed efficiently.
Make sure all painting work meets the company’s high-quality standards.
Organize the tasks for each team member and ensure that deadlines are met.
Inspect surfaces before and after painting to check that they are properly prepared and finished.
Oversee the use and care of painting tools and equipment to keep everything in good condition.
Ensure the team follows safety rules and regulations at all times.
Train and support team members to help them improve their painting skills.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 3 years of experience in painting and 1-2 years in a leadership position.
Good knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Able to read and follow project plans and instructions.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on job sites.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
