Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;

Plan and schedule work assignments for painting crews based on project priorities and deadlines;

Oversee surface preparation, priming, painting, and coating application processes to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards;

Train and mentor painting crew members on proper painting techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures;

Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure compliance with project requirements and customer expectations;

Monitor and maintain inventory of painting supplies, materials, and equipment, and coordinate with procurement team to order additional supplies as needed;

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and issues as they arise;

Adhere to safety regulations and standards at all times, including conducting safety meetings, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE);

Keep accurate records of work performed, including labor hours, materials usage, and project progress.

Extensive experience in painting and coating applications, including surface preparation, priming, and painting;

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred;

Strong leadership and communication skills;

Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment;

Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and drawings;

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
