WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;
Transport to work or own company car;
Accommodation with single room;
All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);
Long running projects with possible to work overtime.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage a team of painters on job sites;
Ensure all painting work meets the company’s quality standards;
Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure project deadlines are met;
Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure proper preparation and finish;
Monitor the use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment;
Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed by the team;
Train and guide team members to improve their skills.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Solid understanding of painting methods, tools, and materials.
Able to understand and follow project instructions and plans.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain safety and quality standards at all times on the job site.
A valid driver’s license is a plus.
