Lead and supervise a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians and craftsmen;

Plan, schedule, and coordinate E&I activities to ensure project deadlines are met;

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints to guide team members in their work;

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to maintain project progress;

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency;

Manage inventory and procurement of materials required for E&I activities;

Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance;

Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, including reports, logs, and inspection records;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, maintenance, or related field;

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in an industrial or construction environment;

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems;

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team;

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment;
