WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;
Weekly payment on Friday;
Accommodation with a single room;
Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage the team of concrete carpenters to keep the project moving smoothly.
Understand and follow blueprints and project plans, guiding the team on each step.
Oversee the setup and finishing of formwork, rebar, and concrete in all parts of the project.
Keep the work area safe by following and enforcing safety rules and providing training.
Communicate with project managers and other teams to ensure efficient progress.
Track project progress, report any issues, and adjust plans to stay on schedule.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter foreman, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Good knowledge of concrete carpentry methods, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety rules and a focus on keeping the workplace safe.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good level of English
