WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;
Weekly payment on Friday;
Accommodation with a single room;
Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime;
Assistance with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage the concrete carpenters to keep the project running smoothly.
Follow blueprints and project plans and guide the team through each step.
Oversee formwork, rebar, and concrete setup and finishing throughout the project.
Keep the worksite safe by enforcing safety rules and providing necessary training.
Communicate with project managers and other teams to ensure smooth progress.
Track project progress, report any problems, and adjust plans to stay on schedule.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter foreman, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Good knowledge of concrete carpentry methods, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety rules and a focus on keeping the workplace safe.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good level of English
