WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;
Weekly payment on Friday;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage the concrete carpenters to keep the project running smoothly.
Follow blueprints and project plans and guide the team through each step.
Oversee formwork, rebar, and concrete setup and finishing throughout the project.
Keep the worksite safe by enforcing safety rules and providing necessary training.
Communicate with project managers and other teams to ensure smooth progress.
Track project progress, report any problems, and adjust plans to stay on schedule.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter supervisor, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Solid understanding of concrete carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and project designs.
Strong skills in leading teams, communicating effectively, and solving problems.
Knowledge of safety procedures and dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
Focused on quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Proficient in English
