WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Opportunity for a permanent contract;
  • Weekly payment on Friday;
  • Accommodation with a single room;
  • Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime;
  • Assistance with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead and manage the concrete carpenters to keep the project going well. 
  • Read and follow blueprints and project plans, guiding the team through each step. 
  • Supervise the setup and finishing of formwork, rebar, and concrete on the project. 
  • Make sure the worksite is safe by following safety rules and providing training. 
  • Work with project managers and other teams to ensure smooth progress. 
  • Track the project’s progress, report any issues, and adjust plans to stay on schedule. 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter Foreman, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. 
  • Strong understanding of concrete carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. 
  • Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. 
  • High attention to detail and a dedication to delivering quality work. 
  • Proficient in English.
