WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;
Transport to work or own company car;
Accommodation with single room;
All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);
Long running projects with possible to work overtime.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage the concrete carpenters to keep the project running smoothly.
Follow blueprints and project plans and guide the team through each step.
Oversee formwork, rebar, and concrete setup and finishing throughout the project.
Keep the worksite safe by enforcing safety rules and providing necessary training.
Communicate with project managers and other teams to ensure smooth progress.
Track project progress, report any problems, and adjust plans to stay on schedule.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter Foreman, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of concrete carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
High attention to detail and a dedication to delivering quality work.
Proficient in English.
