Lead and supervise the finishing carpentry team, providing clear direction and guidance. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule finishing construction tasks;

Perform and guide advanced finishing carpentry work, including the installation of trim, molding, and other finishing elements;

Oversee the quality and precision of the carpentry work, ensuring it meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any concerns or issues;

Foster a positive and collaborative environment, provide mentorship and support to finishing carpenters and assistants. Conduct regular training sessions to improve the knowledge of the team.

Proven experience as a Foreman and a proven track record;

Extensive knowledge of finishing carpentry techniques, materials and tools;

Can read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications;

Strong leadership and team management skills. Willingness to teach and mentor less experienced team members;

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
