WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Vei primi diurnă săptămânală, în fiecare joi;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lucrează cu oțel și fier pentru a construi și repara structuri.
Folosește unelte și mașini pentru a tăia și modela piese din fier și pentru a le instala.
Urmează instrucțiunile și planurile pentru a te asigura că munca este corectă.
Verifică că piesele din metal sunt solide și se potrivesc bine.
Respectă întotdeauna regulile de siguranță și porți echipament de protecție, cum ar fi o cască și mănuși.
Colaborează împreună cu echipa ta pentru a finaliza proiectele la timp.
Menține uneltele și zona de lucru organizate și curate.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Minim 2-3 ani ca și Fierar sau într-o poziție de construcție asociată.
Capacitate puternică de a citi și înțelege desene tehnice și planuri.
Expertiză în sudare, tăiere și modelare a materialelor din oțel și fier.
Cunoștințe extinse despre procedurile de siguranță și standardele codului de construcție.
Confortabil lucrând atât independent, cât și în cadrul unei echipe.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;

Aid in the preparation and installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;

Support the hanging of doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;

Assist with wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;

Help with the installation and finishing of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with attention to detail and craftsmanship;

Assist in the construction and installation of custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, under the guidance of experienced carpenters;

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;

Learn to use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;

Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, with exposure to finishing carpentry considered a plus;
Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills;
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude;
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods;
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
