WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Weld metal parts like steel and pipes using electrode welding;
Follow technical drawings to ensure the welds are correct;
Check your work to make sure the welds are strong and clean;
Look after welding tools and equipment;
Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean;
Work well with other team members to finish projects;
Tell your supervisor if there are any problems or issues.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 1 year of experience as an Electrode Welder or in a similar job;
Good knowledge of electrode welding and the tools needed;
Can read and understand technical drawings;
Pays attention to details and does good-quality work;
Works well with others in a team;
Knows safety rules for welding;
Willing to work extra hours if needed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;

Aid in the preparation and installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;

Support the hanging of doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;

Assist with wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;

Help with the installation and finishing of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with attention to detail and craftsmanship;

Assist in the construction and installation of custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, under the guidance of experienced carpenters;

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;

Learn to use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;

Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, with exposure to finishing carpentry considered a plus;
Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills;
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude;
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods;
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
