WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Perform inspections onboard vessels;
Conduct preventive maintenance on diesel engines or generator sets;
Repairs and maintenance of diesel engines and generator sets, both on board at home and abroad, and in our workshop;
Analyzing malfunctions of engines / generator sets on board or in our workshop;
Interpret and comprehend blueprints and technical drawings.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

5-10 years of experience as an diesel mechanic;
Solid understanding of diesel engine systems, mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems;
Ability to read and follow technical documents and plans;
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems;
Experience with diagnostic equipment, such as computers and scanners to read error codes and diagnose engine issues;
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations, including handling hazardous materials (e.g., oils, fuels, and chemicals) and working with large vehicles and equipment;
Minimum B2 level of English.
