WHAT WILL YOU DO

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and other construction personnel to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Monitor and enforce adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify and address any potential safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from project plans.
Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including foremen, carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and provide feedback on performance.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar leadership role in the construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
