WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • You will receive your salary weekly on Friday; 
  • Possibility of a permanent contract; 
  • Transport to work or own company car; 
  • Accommodation with single room; 
  • All the special tools and orange gear you need; 
  • Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI); 
  • Long running projects with possible to work overtime. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Operate blasting machines to clean and smooth surfaces like metal or concrete. 
  • Get materials ready for blasting by cleaning and checking them. 
  • Use protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, to stay safe while working. 
  • Follow the instructions closely to do the blasting work correctly. 
  • Inspect your work to ensure the surfaces are cleaned well and ready for the next stage. 
  • Take care of and clean the blasting machines and tools. 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Previous experience as a blaster. 
  • Knowledge of blasting equipment and safety procedures; 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work from simple plans; 
  • Good attention to detail and able to check your own work; 
  • Able to work well in a team and follow safety rules; 
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and using tools; 
  • A valid driver’s license (preferred).
