WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Assist in the planning, layout, and assembly of scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards;

  • Erect scaffolding components, including frames, braces, platforms, and guardrails, using appropriate techniques and equipment;

  • Inspect scaffolding structures for defects, damage, and compliance with safety regulations before use;

  • Perform routine maintenance on scaffolding components to ensure safety and functionality;

  • Work closely with the lead scaffolder and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently;

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe work practices;

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and productive work environment;

  • Provide guidance and support to scaffolding helpers and other junior team members as needed.

 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent;

  • Valid DNV-A certification;

  • Previous experience as a scaffolder or in a related role;

  • Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures;

  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions;

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods;

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
