WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead and supervise scaffolding crews in the planning, layout, and assembly of scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards;

  • Ensure that scaffolding structures are erected safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;

  • Conduct inspections of scaffolding structures to identify defects, damage, or safety hazards, and take corrective action as needed;

  • Train and mentor junior scaffolders and provide guidance on proper scaffolding techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures;

  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute scaffolding projects effectively and on schedule;

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including conducting safety meetings, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE);

  • Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventories;

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Valid DNV-B certification;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a scaffolder or in a related role;

  • Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures;

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;

  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions;

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
