Lead and help in the setup and preparation of formwork for concrete pours. 
Execute expert concrete finishing techniques to achieve high-quality surfaces. 
Interpret and work from construction plans, ensuring accurate implementation of project specifications. 
Provide guidance to entry-level carpenters and join with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met. 
Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of completed work with established standards. 

• Experience with formwork systems and concrete carpentry techniques; 
• Capable of working independently and with a supportive team; 
• Ability to read and understand construction plans; 
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; 
• Positive attitude, physical endurance, and ability to carry building materials; 
• Demonstrated experience as a concrete form worker or in a similar role.
