WHAT WE OFFER YOU

You will receive your salary weekly on Friday;
Possibility of a permanent contract;
Transport to work or own company car;

All the special tools and orange gear you need;
Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI);
Long running projects with possible to work overtime.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and help in the setup and preparation of formwork for concrete pours.
Execute expert concrete finishing techniques to achieve high-quality surfaces.
Interpret and work from construction plans, ensuring accurate implementation of project specifications.
Provide guidance to entry-level carpenters and join with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of completed work with established standards.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience as a Concrete Carpenter supervisor, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Solid understanding of concrete carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and project designs.
Strong skills in leading teams, communicating effectively, and solving problems.
Knowledge of safety procedures and dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
Focused on quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Proficient in English
